woohoo! Into the 130s!! Almost down a pound, but I feel like I've made better food choices this week. I was having a serious bout of reflux, but it seems to have calmed down as of Tuesday. looking forward to the next weigh in 👊👊
63.3 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
