I've finally lost some weight! This month I feel has been an uphill battle, but maybe I'm finally adapting.
I know my calories weren't so well today, but we went to a brunch buffet this morning (I had to get the money's worth ;p). But I didn't have much else to eat for the rest of the day except dinner, where I did in fact get wendy's. But it's okay. I didn't super indulge today, and it was very spread out. Back to the normal routine tomorrow!
I'll probably do measurements again before spring break. Hopefully I can lose another half a pound this week!
On a bad note, I've had period cramps all week and it still hasn't come yet. If it doesn't come soon, I might just cut out my ovaries. :[
I'll be up to running 2 miles this week! I plan on signing up for snother 5K late March. My goal is to beat my 33:58 time.
