I graduated this past week and basically over indulged way too much. 🤤 I've had a cake every day of the week and I've been taken out to dinner/lunch so many times. I feel disgusted at this gain, but the celebration was too good to resist. I am thinking of trying to get back to it tomorrow, hopefully that works. Good luck to everyone for the week xx
75 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi lady When you indulge in a lot of sugars and carbs you often get a lot of water retention - there's no way you gained 4kg in a week you'll probably find you drop at least half of it if you eat clean within a week ❤️ Big big congratulations - that's a massive milestone and you should be so proud and enjoy every bit of the celebration - you deserve it!!!

congratulations 🎉 I know you feel uncomfortable.. but you've celebrated and you know what to do to move forward.. don't let food guilt dampen your joy and self pride for your achievements, this event is rare and extraordinary ❤️ a few days of tracking will get you back to where you want to be but for now enjoy the celebration.

Thank you so much for your advice Shereen 😁 I tried to be good today, but there's plenty of left over cake and braai .. makes it very hard. I'm a sucker for ribs.
