Happy to be Maintaining. Also working out with weights so will be expecting my weight to increase slightly at some point.

The last 3 weeks (excluding this past week) I’ve taken in more than 2,100 cals daily for the week. This past week I did much better coming in at 1,870.

But, my biggest accomplishment was maintaining my added sugars to less than the RDI of 25g a day.

The 1,870 came from mostly Whole Foods and I still got to have a small dessert in the evening being plain yoghurt, mango and organic dark chocolate bits.

I’ve managed to wean myself off of taking in too much sugar in the form of chocolate on a daily basis and found my happy place where I get the best of both worlds, keeping healthy but still being able to enjoy a little something sweet and chocolaty in the evenings.
47.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
