expected a little bit more (but this is 5 days afters the previous weigh in, not 7) and I think the weight strength training is also putting on some mucsle mass at the same time that I am burning fat with my Keto and Cardio.. Maybe I should try doing HIIT training in the mornings because I only go gym after work... That should help things along (^_^)
102.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don’t be in such a hurry. Soon the weight loss will slow down. Expect 0.5 - 1kg per week. More than that, then you are losing muscle mass. 1.5kgs is a huge drop, well done 👏🏼

It’s true, there is actually a limit as to how much fat your liver can break down in a week/day so above that it won’t be fat loss. Slow and steady means preserving muscle mass which means preserving your metabolic rate.
