Average intake for the week 1950 which seems to be my maintenance without a solid gym week. Only managed 2 1HR gym sessions this week on Wednesday & Friday and on Monday I only managed 10min of jump rope/skipping. I would say in terms of clean eating I ate Whole Foods 70% of the time. Had 2 days of higher sugar intake but also 2 days of low sugar intake (less than the RDI of 25g), the other days were alright. Starting to show some muscle definition in places I didn’t have before so pretty excited about that, but still have a ways to go to increase just a tad more.
47.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
