After a well deserved break the last few weeks I’ll be getting back on track with my nutrition.

Was probably taking in roughly 2000 Cals the first 2 weeks and it was generally pretty healthy as well. But, unfortunately the last 10 days I’ve realistically taken in between 2,100 & 2,300 and a lot of it was pastry & sugar with very little exercise.

Will go back to consuming 1,950 while focusing on less sugar, more nutrients and training 3x a week.
47.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
