Loving the momentum on OMAD Keto, I should start posting my meals. As a rule I eat 75%, 20% and 5% carbs, minor variations here and there.
86.8 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
