Finally starting a week on a good note! I have been struggling to stick to my diet. I'm really hungry all the time and have developed an addiction to Peanut Butter!
67.8 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

protein is prob why u want the peanut butter if u can get a good post workout shake

Yes I agree, your body is craving some good protein! If you can get a good protein shake, it will definitely help for all the other cravings that you're experiencing, too. I don't know how you feel about protein shakes but Biogen has some really lovely varieties that don't taste too terrible 😋
