So tired of this up and down. It looks like a caterpillar on my weight chart. I started doing some strength yoga this past week so I'm hoping these fluctuations are muscle development (feeling sore in all sorts of places).
68.9 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
