I've been slacking on the food recording, not doing until the day is over, which isn't helpful when I go over my calorie limit. I will begin anew tomorrow!
66.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
