Today is a good day! My registrations for my Honours in Psychology has been finalised 💪🏻 so I can start studying 🥳 finally lost the Christmas weight gain and some extra 😃
73.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
