Did 1h10min exercise, 610 active calories

Tomorrow is a running day. I'm doing a half marathon in April so I'm working towards that with the training program that I'm doing. Doing week 5 this week. Still 15 weeks to go!

Happy with my diet and progress. Also happy with my water intake
81.6 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
