Not bad after 17 Days of letting lose over the festive season. I still made an effort to be sensible with the choice of foods I put in my body. The only difference is I didn’t watch my portions like I would with counting cals and I did enjoy a few extra desserts in the evenings. I found I could thoroughly enjoy amazing food and dessert because I avoided alcohol and sugary drinks in general. I managed 4 30min workout sessions in the 17 days and walked +/-4km around 4-5 days a week on the game reserve. Got plenty of sunshine and overall feel good. Today I’m back in the game! Finished an hour CrossFit workout at the gym and back to my 1,900 cals a day maintenance plan with the hopes of building some muscles 💪... will begin logging my measurements as well.
48.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
