High Carb Day (Had an intense 1 hour workout)

Dinner: 773 Cals (1.5 cups of pasta, yoghurt & butter sauce with wine, tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, onion, capers, left over gammon, Basil, lemon, garlic and birds eye chili)
