Tuesday we were robbed from coming returning from Church so my own spirit and demeanor has been down.I haven’t eaten healthy or followed my 1200 calorie daily count.Today will do better to get back on track 💪🏼
102.3 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 32.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
