Started an 8 week training program today to help me prepare for a race I have next year. I'm excited to track my progess. I need to lower my carb intake to less than 50 grams a day.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
