Ok so I am actually very confused. Yesterday and the day before I ate over 2000 calories which is way past my caloric deficit of 1300 calories but the funny things is that I lost weight. How in earth does this make sense.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have always believed that "confusing" your body helps increase fat loss

If you look at your average daily calories for the week there's your answer. You were still in a calorie deficit. Perfection is not the answer - consistency is - imho.
