an unfortunate gain, but this is what happens when I stop weighing myself.

I've been fighting some inner demons that have made keeping up with food intake hard. I'm starting to feel a little better, so I'm hoping that I can at least keep up with weighing in.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

everybody has their things that work for them. many say don't weigh daily. for me I do. it lets me know if what I am doing is working or not. I'm done loosing body fat now. I still weigh daily to check on my maintaining. it's part of my morning routine like, BPC is. even though I'm done loosing body fat, I still eat by my Keto macro %'s. I've never been a sweets water. occasionally I'll eat a toxic high fructose corn syrup bomb only to feel sick in my stomach. my weakness is protein. even. along my journey I bumped a little over on my protein while chasing fat g's. I did notice I would drop weight faster if I did keep my protein in the proper place along with fat n net carbs. for sweet treats, I I use swerve confectioner for Keto mug cakes or even pork rinds coated in powdered swerve. some times with natural almond butter added. taste like a peanut butter Easter egg to me. good luck on your sugar cravings
