Need a new eating routine. I'm so exhausted in the evenings and struggling to keep up with my running. Especially in this heat and low energy levels. What is a good snack I can easily eat at work that will keep my energy levels up but has no carbs??😅 I can't stomach any sort of shakes so not really an option. Want to move away from 1 meal a day to 2 but keep the calories low of course.

How about an omelette? And it’s delicious cold too! Or you could make a frittata with spinach, baby tomatoes, cheese etc

Try the 28 day diet. My doctor I introduced it to me. I have had very good results. https://the28daydiet.co.za/the-free-28-day-diet-and-basic-guidelines/ It is free and the food is super cheap. Best thing I ever did to break through my weight problems.

Could have low energy because u eat too little or don't account for macro and micro nutrients (ur omegas, potassium, etc) . I'm a runner and if I don't eat right. My body doesn't perform right.

I experienced the same but ot was due to low blood pressure. Once I treated that, my energy levels were more consistent

Why don't you try running in the mornings (if you can), then the night before you have like a Veggie meal. I do fried courgettes, carrots, leaks, turnips, red beans and tin of tom with salt. Its all good carbs, and very fillings and will give you that fuel for the mornings. Then after your run have a banana.
