How about an omelette? And it’s delicious cold too! Or you could make a frittata with spinach, baby tomatoes, cheese etc

Try the 28 day diet. My doctor I introduced it to me. I have had very good results. https://the28daydiet.co.za/the-free-28-day-diet-and-basic-guidelines/ It is free and the food is super cheap. Best thing I ever did to break through my weight problems.

Why don't you try running in the mornings (if you can), then the night before you have like a Veggie meal. I do fried courgettes, carrots, leaks, turnips, red beans and tin of tom with salt. Its all good carbs, and very fillings and will give you that fuel for the mornings. Then after your run have a banana.
