I took a photo of my scale but alas I don't know how to upload it on this app😂.

Reason I weighed today is that I'm off to a holiday in 21 days. So I'm challenging myself for the next 21 days. Don't have a specific goal in mind but it would be a good experiment for myself to see how much can be achieved in that space.

Note: I have three birthdays to attend in the next two weeks, so temptations will be all around.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Out of personal experience I can tell you not to deprive yourself completely when you attend the functions. Just eat in moderation and if you know you're going out that day, try not to eat so many calories throughout the day and maybe hit a quick cardio in the morning. You'll still have that deficit and keep on track, even if its not super healthy food.

to add photos, there is a camera icon on the top right of the app on the phone. you can add photos through your daily menu and that allows for short captions. you can take a photo directly through the app, there is also an option within the camera icon to upload from your gallery. looks like a roll of film
