I'm not sure why I'm not losing more, but it wasn't nothing! So I'm glad I'm still making progress!

I use to weigh 478 lbs so I know you can do it try posting some of the meals you eat so FS can give you some pointers on what not to eat its a struggle especially when you feel like you have no energy at all and stress can make it way worse to loss the weight we are here to support you have a good day and be blessed
