My official weight this morning is 129.8kg.

I'm happy to see myself out of the 130's so quickly :) I lost 7.2kg in 9 days since starting on the 07/09/2020 at 137kg.

129.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 4.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
