I hate the increase entries but it's what comes with too many weigh ins😅. I am really good during the week and weekends get me because I have made a bad habit of eating all things delicious.
78.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
