I'm a little disappointed. I have not managed to reach my short term goal and now I have gained weight. It might be water retention as I have been sick. But I'll try again this week. I just need to stick to a proper eating schedule. I cheated quite a bit about a week ago so that might explain this.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
