Bad day yesterday. Long day at work and people kept on bringing me snacks 😅

Hey Jon... I'm commenting here instead of on Daès' journal. Thanks for putting me on to 'In Defence of Food' ... I found it very coherent and basically in agreement with what the most respected people in Nutrition and Health are saying. I love his 7 words and the break down, 'eat FOOD, not TOO MUCH, mostly PLANTS'. It's so Zen! Buddhism at it's heart, the Middle Path, everything in moderation, the poison is in the dose etc etc ... It applies to food, to exercise, to wine, to LIFE! I love that he acknowledges that there is no ideal perfect diet or anything. Thanks again buddy!
