Better than I thought it would be. Pretty pleased with this.
Trying to decide whether to do a long run on Saturday or just cycle while I wait for my new insoles.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm pretty sure I won't get injured - been running on my wonky feet for 5 years, my ankles and hips just take strain when mileage goes over 50km/week. But yeah, definitely think a rest is in order this weekend.
