I have to consume 1400 calories/ day. Would i need to consume this many calories during my 8 hour window if i'm do IF and Keto?

Me I eat eggs because they are cheap. I buy seeds and bake my own muesli with seeds/desiccated coconut and coconut oil. I buy my erythitol from Food Lovers best price and it lasts me ages. I eat pilchards and chicken livers for protein. I also love fatty pork cuts like roasts or belly or pork potjie cuts. I shop at the checkers 'in store veg' specials. And get whatever is cheap and make it fit my meals. I will slowcooker R40/kg pork pieces and then shred and freeze into portions. I like the Life Bake banting crackers from Clicks for much. I buy them when it's 3-for-2 then three packs =18 sealed crackers pairs so that is 18 lunches for R86. I have them with cheese or just butter and marmite. I don't eat biltong, nuts, berries, cream, banting baked treats. Unless I can find half price cream somewhere. I eat a LOT of eggs 😂 I buy Olive oil every second/third month watching for the sale of +-R70/750ml. Seeds I find places to buy them for +-R40/kg The homemade seed muesli is great for breakfast /snacks. I have a small veg garden now to supply myself cherry tomatoes, lettuce, spinach and sweet peppers. My basic meals Breakfast = 3 eggs/coconut oil and coffee. Sometimes some bacon if I've found on special (under R60/kg) - maybe once a week. Or a tomato tossed into the pan. Lunch Lettuce/tomato/peppers and maybe gherkins in a salad with olive oil. Some crumbled feta. Pilchards on the side (chilli ones way more tolerable than tomato sauce) Or crackers and cheese. But I'm cutting back om the dairy. Dinner whatever I've found. My family isn't keto but I'll take what I made them and adjust eg tonight they had pulled pork in a tomato and onion sauce with pasta. I had the same with cauli rice than I found on checkers cheap table R15/500g. So that will feed me for 3 meals. Or if they have burgers I have a patty and salad. Last week I made peri peri chicken livers (got livers R18/kg) - with only onion, tomato, tomato paste and spices added. That was enough for me for 3-4 meals.
