🤣 result of Friday nights chocolate cake followed by brownies and white bread grilled cheese sandwiches on Saturday and scones for dinner last night 🍰🎂🥪🍞 got that Simple Carbs craving out the way in one big swoop! This is why I weigh so regularly. I really don't think you can honestly get to know how your body works without looking at your scale, especially after you know you have indulged. gains like this used to make me want to cry and quite. now... I know that a couple days of eating clean and drinking my water will sort it out and life goes on. Also hit the workout this morning after my week long body break and it felt amazing to move again 🥊💃🏽 don't be afraid of your scale after a big one guys - it's how you learn and it's how your really start to understand the difference between weight loss Vs fat loss.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes... Im expecting the same tomorrow as we celebrated eid from Saturday and ive just taken off until today. Meet the scale tomorrow. .. And yes I'm not afraid anymore... I know it will come down in a few days... Wish I knew all this years ago.. 😂
