Definitely a mini goal being under 80kg finally! definitely has gotten easier to avoid sugary treats. I know there are still ups and downs coming but feeling really positive with how far zi have come!
79.9 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
