My official weight yesterday was 128.8kg.

I didnt follow things 100% this last week and I blame Loadshedding and the cold front. lol. Next week will be better.

128.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 3.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
