Yeah probably don't wanna hear this but don't be discouraged. I saw a post here on Monday and it resonated with me and just made me feel like you know the setbacks are a part of the process it went " I am not just trying to climb the mountain, I am trying to build my house there" That made so much sense to me and put so much pressure off me. You don't want to just find a quick fix and have to start all over again. This time celebrate the 0.1 kg losses..You know it take a lot to build a house on a mountain ( I'd like to think so😅). You can still do this but see it as a Continuous change and not a now thing if that's how you were viewing it.

Oh yeah and additionally I once saw a post on here where someone said if you eat a lot of junk or feel like you've gained quite a lot maybe just drink a lot of water to wash your food "sins" away😂. But yeah that could also be something to look into. I always see people saying find what works for your body and I believe the same thing. You have all the awesome people on FS I believe routing for your success and progress🌻

Hey guys thanks so much i was doing so well last year now i find myself back at square one im also quite depressed because of it and im a emotional eater im atarting to think ive had it wrong and tgat i need to really exept myself more cyt myself slack im moving soon and the stress.... well is making me eat im trying but made a goal that i would start gyming after the move missed u guys allot im glad to be back
