hi everyone so im lookingat eating better to kick off my weight loss i do suffer when cutting all carbs out and i dont want to make a mistake again by fasting and low carb then in 4 month gaining it all back plus 2kgs.... any advice. i do love my IF

Choose your carbs wisely. Carbs from fruits and veggies. potatoes and rice are not the enemy. I use brown rice and sweet potato more than white rice or regular potatoes for my husband's cholesterol. Things like bread, pasta, pastry... now that's a different story. Enter bloating/water retention and sugar addiction. I don't count macros so have no idea how many carbs a day I have... but I have only eliminated bread and wheat based pasta from my diet and I have lost weight and don't feel like I'm missing out anything. I have replaced regular pasta with Happy Earth People (Dischem or Faithful to Nature online) it's a brand of lentil/chickpea dry pastas and are really hearty and filling and give the same vibe as normal pasta.
