My official weight this week is 128.7kg
Happy to get out of the 129's and now to aim for that lower 128's for next week.
I must admit that I am not following things 100% so I need to tweak things a bit here. Taking it a bit easy to get back into the proper mindset. Being too strict too early will push me off my path.
