I feel like I’m loosing weight too fast. If you drop too quick it’s so much easier to pick it up again. It’s not as if I’m starving myself, I just really watch what I eat, make healthier choices, stick to my IF hours and make sure that I am satisfied. I even treat myself to a piece of chocolate or astros daily and just track everything! When I started this I decided that I’m in for the long haul, 12kg’s in 12 months. I’ve been at it for nearly 5 weeks now and my weight this morning put me on 5kg’s down. I’m afraid that this is just going to be another quick fix and not a long term change

Weight loss is usually quicker in the beginning and then slows down a lot, sometimes frustratingly so. Keep going and enjoy the losses, it will slow down

The initial drop is mostly water that is being shed by the fat cells. Every fat cell contains water and once your body gets into fat burning mode then that fat cell sheds the water. Don't monitor progress by weight alone. Keep track of measurements. Sometimes u can get heavier yet slimmer.
