Lost 700g for the month of June. After almost 3 months on a plateau and changing contraceptives, I am rather please with this little loss. Now to focus this month on smashing through the 75kg mini goal I have been so close to since lockdown started! 💃🏽
75.3 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
