Ok ... I am frustrated!!

I expected the weight gain because:

1. I am currently on cortizone treatment
2. I had to move my weigh-in day a day earlier due to a family braai I could not reject or not accept!!

Just keep going!!
100.2 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Totally agree with Mike... Ive taken the entire week off without weighing as i wanted to enjoy it... I know I've gained a ton of water weight but I also know it will come off in a week or two.... Enjoy the special occasions... You will barely gain as it will be water weight and it will just be the metabolism boost your body needs to speed up the weight loss.our bodies go through metabolic adaptation with decreased calories and that slows down weight loss. So it helps to give it a boost every now and again. .. Also it will be easier to sustain in the long run.... The weight journey is a lifelong journey... The cortisone factor is a 👎 unfortunately... Read up a bit.... All the best and enjoy today.
