Woo! A substantial loss finally! Just in time for me to see my family, which usually means eating poorer than normal 😂

I have some tools ready for dealing with family level eating, so I'm not too worried. I hope everyone has a good weekend!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
