I cannot believe how much weight I lost this week!!! I would've been happy to get down to just 131.8, but I've lost over 2 lbs this week! It really goes to show working out with reducing calories definitely helps!
59.5 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
