Been back on the nutrition wagon since May 1st. Kinda jumped off at the beginning of the year and it got worse at the start of lockdown. Unhealthy eating takes quite the toll on the body and mind. Since getting back to healthier habits I have been sleeping through most nights (apparently increasing fiber on the daily improves quality of sleep. Who knew). I’ve also been diligent with a home routine. I think I was starting to lose myself during lockdown. I’ve started working out from home on the daily which is quite the accomplishment for me. I always needed to join a gym class (previously At a mixed martial arts studio) so that I could be held accountable. But I’ve been managing on my own.
50 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
