Tomorrow it's back to a 16:8 IF. Ate 1595 of my 1600 RDI. Ive realized that I don't really like to have breakfast as I feel it interferes with my caloric intake somehow. It's probably a mental thing

same happens with me... I tend to have far more hungry moments on days that I don't fast or eat too early. I think it has something to do with the initial insulin spike.

That makes sense. I've been watching more of a Dr Eric Bergs videos on YouTube. I feel he does a great job at explaining all the intricacies of IF better than any other doc on YouTube. I'm making so many mental preparations for the next 6 months. I have both physical and mental work to do
