Not surprising. I took a diet break and I've now changed up my plan to do a body recomp so there's muscle mass in there along with having upped my calories to only be in a smaller defecit while maintaining my activity levels.

First goal weight achieved! Woo-hoo! I'm setting goals of 4kgs loss over a 2 / 2.5 month period. These smaller amounts are easier to work towards and don't leave me feeling overwhelmed. I've done this in a shorter amount of time than when I had a dietician AND trainer because I've listened to my body and took years of trying and have finally figured out what works. On to the next 4kgs!

Stayed the same after 2 extremely stressful weeks at work. This is a huge positive, even though I tracked and I knew I was eating outside of my defecit, at least everything was to maintenance 😁😁😁
