Broke the 140 barrier :-)

Though a little doubtful because my scale did that thing again this morning where it put another weight first, so who knows.

I sketched out my May goals last night, and I'm back to recording. Here's to a successful May!
63.4 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
