Would someone help me to just get motivated to change my eating habits? I constantly feel hungry and I just feel overwhelmed with not having proper exercise because of quarintine. It makes me worry more about what I eat and then I end up postponing eating - giving up - overeating... Help please❤️

Mindless eating is such a problem now... Perhaps try and do you meal prep for the day in the morning. Stick to it. First take it meal by meal... later day by day.

Hi Elrebester1999. I have just started losing weight. It is a rollercoaster of emotions. The best thing is only have three meals a day at the same time. Lockdown actually could help you get started. Put YouTube on and do walk from home. It is fun and makes you feel great: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wAcxrNbWmVM&t=38s Every small step is leading closer. Don't give up! It is worth it!

Why not do online exercises? There's lots of yoga, Nia, and any other exercise classes available

Make some split pea soup. Rich in fibre, low in calories and really fill you up. Super easy and very cheap too

you can try high protein snack and foods also.... keeps you fuller for longer and also in my experience.... lots of water works wonderful.... and then i try to just keep busy ... when i keep my hands and mind busy i barely think about food or get cravings....

Do yourselves a favour and watch the video by NutrionFacts.org on "Eating More to Weigh Less" : https://youtu.be/uGbGKSNPBzo 😉

Hi, during stress our body sometimes reflects that eating can solve our problems. As I nearly do not have a home and had to adapt to several international cultures with other eating styles I would recommend you to give your body strict routine rules for eating and write how your body feels like. Intermediate fast can help a bit to stop eating at least for that time. You will probably notice that at the beginning you try to drink always instead of eating... So in my most stressful times I had 3l water in 3hours 😅. Healthy snacks can also be challenging for your body if you eat every 15/ 30min.. a carrot, an egg, an apple, 5 nuts... Your body need time to breathe, rest and enjoy the silence 😊⌚. When you exercise a lot, check your macros to keep your energy level and give yourself resting days.

I went through the same thing, during this time, be kind to yourself, it is hard loosing wait as it is, and quarantine is the perfect storm form comfort eating.
