10 days of tightly controlled eating since 109.3kg. The odd daily cheat here or there but nothing major.
Hips: 120cm (down from 121cm)
Stomach: 118cm (stayed same)
Waist: 110 (down from 112cm)
107.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
