I knew it. Yesterday's weight just didn't feel right. I don't normally weigh twice in a row, usually weekly, but I'm so happy I did, because it's gone down. Weekend happy dance.
57 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
