Now on month 5.
Started Nov 2019 at 100kg.
I found myself on 88kg not losing any further.
Decided to work with this app.
Currently I walk 4000 steps per day.
I. F. 16:8
The app has helped me with carbs...fat...protein intake.
I realize my carbs were too high.
Don't want to weigh yet.
Will do Wednesday.
88 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
