Small gain even after the 2 strict days following my binge. Haven't been able to make myself go run, I'm so tired. I can't wait until this move is over, the new scenario at least will be motivating.
64.5 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
