Honestly so crushed...i havent been great but haven't been terrible either. I know my water intake was terrible the past two weeks... It might also be due to it being the week of my cycle but I dunno. Gonna go hard for the next 7 days but I can't lie. I'm crushed. Sitting in the toilet in the gym with zero motivation to work out. I just wanna go home and cry. And what's confusing is some of my clothes are getting loose now I'm just wondering if it's in my head.

The scale is not always your friend. It tells terrible lies sometimes. Listen to your clothes, they always tell the truth! You’ve got this. Don’t let this little blip along the way stop you. ❤️

the scale is a fickle bitch. weight loss and fat loss are very different. arm yourself with knowledge and do some research on that. fat loss happens over time. weight fluctuates daily, sometimes even an hour can change your weight. if your clothes are feeling loose, that's AWESOME. cm's are a great indication of your work, so keep a track of your measurements too. you can loose fat, while gaining muscle as well, so your weight may be staying the same but your body is changing in big ways. what I understand of fat loss Vs weight loss is your fat cells are filled with tryglicerides, and while dieting, you lose the fat stored in the cell. the cell then gets filled with water to maintain its size. it then shrinks and then you see the loss. strongs for today. I know that all the advise in the world sometimes doesn't change a bad day.

I have been there with you - I am sorry you feel crushed, especially when you are working at it. Like many things in life weight loss is not linear, and like Shereen and W.R said, the scale is so fickle, but because its the easiest to just hop on its our go to, whereas your cms and clothes tell a much bigger story of what is going on. Keep on going ❤️

This is a marathon, not a sprint, hang in there because it is now that you have to dig deep, the effort you put in when you feel at your lowest is the effort that is best rewarded!

My water app, download it. You cant gym a dehydrated body. Focus on one thing this week, to drink minimum 2.5 liters water a day. The food you making looks good, not sure what cal you consume a day but for your weight it should probably be 1200 to 1400 a day, and if you gyming had, its should be a little more. Food is your friend.

Guys I know I am late but thank you all so much for sending such encouraging messages. Just to let you know I ended up working out. you are all so right. I had to see it as a blip and just move on even though I'm still quite bummed about it. But I can't just give up. It's a marathon not a sprint so pick myself up and moved on. The point is to keep moving right And it's so hard not to care what the scale says. But my clothes getting looser does make a difference. I just want to get to the 70s so bad I guess @fatmike I know a big deal was my water intake. I really struggle with water. I can go from 3 litres a day to 500mls. And the past two weeks was bad. Im definitely gonna get the water app. Thanks for the tip.

0.8 doesn’t mean anything, that number can totally change within a day. Continue your efforts and stay away from the scale for a week and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. That’s what I did when I didn’t like the number and just focused on my efforts and postponed the scale....
