Wow. I was not expecting this! I stared at the scale for quite a while :) It seems patience an perseverance are a big part of this journey.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know the feeling. there have been days where I have stepped off and stepped back on, expecting that there must be a fault with the scale. now I literally fist pump the air with joy.
